Yesterday we went to the kovil

There are pre characters before learning all the dances. The tradition of a kathak dance also have have such preconceived notion.  Due to these pre - rituals, we went to Ganadevi kovil and took vows to dance. We went to the Kovil located on Puttalam Road, Kurunegala. The teacher and all of classmate attend this. We prepared fruit offerings and sweets for gods. We also flower for this. We all work devotion to this.

I'm so happy to able to go with friends and participate in doing something like this. I pray to  God Ghana that give me and my friends the strength and courage to master the Kathak Dance Tradition. I also prayed to God to save us all from the dangers we face.

The Saddest News.😭😭😭😭😭

Although I did not physically enter the university as a first year student, I continued to study university education through our online system for eight months. While studying through such an online system , we came across various lectures. The lecturers I met were wonderful, humble, and very nice person.

Among the lecturers I met, found some excellent lecturers through the ELTU. Mrs. Deshanee is one of them. Although she explained to  us very well what our subject is. At the same time she gave us extensive subject knowledge. She addressed us with a smile, even online. But she said she is not come to teach us from next week. Then reason of is that her lecture period is coming to an end. Tears welled up in my eyes as soon as she said that. In fact, it is one of the best online lecturer I've ever met.

Lecturer you are one of the dearest lecturers I have ever met online. I have to no word express my grief. Not just me but all of us. You taught   in a way that touched our hearts madam. I and we really love you mam. Even if your term is over, you will always be in our hearts madam. I wish you all the best for your future endeavors madam. And always be happy and stay safe madam.

My favorite singer

I love Hindi music as well as folk music. So when I was studying the folk music side I met a lovely man. He creates new time creations about  using folk music. His name was Saman Lenin the beloved dictator. He has done a lot of Music using folk music and folklore. He is also a Graduate of The University of the Visual and Performing Arts.

The first song I heard from him was the song "Ambaruwo" from the movie "Siri Parakum". He later introduced the  song as , " Suddhi, Daddy, because it was given for free". As well as he sings interesting folk song. They are so sweet to the ears while listening. So I have never seen a person like him sing folk song before. I really like the way he sings folk music.

So I wish he had all the strength, courage and luck to cultivate the field of folk art!!!

MY FAVORITE SONG 😍😍😍😍

Music is s tool that can heal our mind. And music can someone meditate. We use word rhythms in music but we can create an image out of it. Music is a wonderful art. As humans we all love music. People listen to different type of music to heal their minds. For a examples they listen Indian music, hip pop, Jaz etc..

I don't know the meaning of Hindi songs. But I love that music so much. The tone in that music is very sweet. Even though I do not understand Hindi, its contents still affects me deeply. From time to time I fall in love with different songs but one song remains the most passionate in my mind. That is Dhvani Bhanushali's song called "Leja Re" . The theme of this song is "take me". Here the singer says, " I am your lover. Give me the most wonderful memories I will never forget". In fact in this song that singer gives you the real feel of it. So I like this song a lot because I like the tone, the rhythm and the singer who sings it a lot . I love the healing of my mind when I listen to that song. So now you too  listen to these songs and maybe you like it a lot.

MY DREAM ❤❤❤❤❤πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ

Anyone living in the world has  dream. We choose those dreams because of some experience of our. So I built my dream based on my experience. I have been working on that dream since I was a child. So here is what I do to move on to my dream.

I studied Dance, Economics and Geography for my A/L studies. I did those subjects and passed the A/L Examination. So I was able to get a chance at university. When I chose university, I chose the best university that could achieve  my dream. I saw the The University of the Visual and Performing Arts as the best possible university of my dream. So I chose that university. So, I had the opportunity to study there s a student. I'm happy about that. I think I had two steps towards my dream.

When I was child I heard something like this. Everyone can be a doctor, but not everyone can be an artist. So, my dream is to become a artist. My main goal through becoming an artist is to become a talented dancer. No matter how many obstacles I face, I will achieve my dream. So my parents, my family and many  teachers in school and university help me in this.
